Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 12 hours in advance. If it is regarding morning session please contact us by 9pm the night before. Terms and Conditions for Gym Package Validity 1. **Package Duration**: Gym packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. 2. **Activation**: Packages must be activated by attending your first session or group class within 30 days of purchase. If not activated within this period, the package will be void. 3. **Non-Transferable**: Gym packages are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual who purchased them. 4. **Expiration**: Unused sessions will expire at the end of the package duration. No extensions or rollovers are permitted. 5. **Refund Policy**: All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for unused sessions or early cancellations. 6. **Membership Suspension**: The gym reserves the right to suspend memberships for violations of gym policies. 7. **Changes to Terms**: The gym reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of any changes. 8. **Governing Law**: These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
