Where is Naked Fit Gym Located?
We are located on Wing Lok Street in Sheung Wan. We are a 4 minute walk from Sheung Wan MTR Exit A2 on the same street. Walking distance from Central, the Ferry Pier and other major bus stops.
How Do I Book a Class?
You can book directly on our website or alternatively you can WhatsApp us and request your booking date, time and class preference.
Are There Shower Facilities at the Gym?
Yes we have shower, bathroom and changing facilities if you wish to change before or after your session. We also provide towels so need to bring any with you!
Will Anyone Else Be Using The Gym When I Am Training?
No, the gym is completely private to your session. It will be yourself and the trainer. If you wish to book a group class, this will be with your chosen group and you and your friends will have privacy of the gym.
Can I Bring my Baby to Training?
Yes! We love it when parents bring their babies along, we have a safe space for them to play or our trainer will happily hold your baby while you are exercising. Reach out for more information on Post-Natal Training.
What If I Need to Cancel my Session?
We offer a 12 hour cancellation policy. To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 12 hours in advance. If it is regarding morning session please contact us by 9pm the night before.
Will I Get a Personalised Fitness Plan?
Yes all of our programmes are tailored to you and your goals. No two plans are the same! Our trainer will discuss all of this with you during your consultation or first session.
Do you Offer Nutrition Advice?
Yes we have an in-house certified Nutrition Coach. Our coach will will help you with your food choices in accordance to your fitness goals and dietary requirements.
How Can I Pay for my Sessions?
We accept bank transfers, FPS , PayMe and online payments via our website.
I am New to the Gym, Can I Come and Train?
Absolutely! If you are new to the gym our trainer will guide you and teach you how to use all of the equipment in a safe way, ensuring you feel completely comfortable while working out.
